Markivio is currently in private beta. The service is provided as-is. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we develop the product.

Use of outputs

Strategy outputs generated by Markivio are for informational purposes. They represent AI-generated recommendations grounded in case precedents and should be reviewed by qualified marketing professionals before acting on them. Markivio is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of its outputs.

Acceptable use

You may not use Markivio to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or in violation of applicable Indian law including the IT Act 2000 and consumer protection regulations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
